Really good Amenities AND Great Location
in-room washer decent kitchen rooftop garden
I APPRECIATED the in-room washer and dryer. Complimentary washing powder was also provided. The large fridge with a decent-sized kitchen was very helpful. A coffee shop is available in the hotel lobby near reception. The rooftop garden provides Lovely views.
The room had a very slight musty smell, and regulating the shower temperature proved tricky.

Our suite included spacious rooms WITH massive beds, a large bathroom, and excellent storage options. The suite was quiet at night. This was valuable to me.

I FOUND the tenth-floor amenities good. There is a swimming pool, chill area, gym, and sauna available. The pool offers towels nearby, loungers, and tables. This makes relaxing by the pool very easy.

THE staff was friendly AND professional. The reception staff were always ready to answer questions. This greatly helped my stay. I especially enjoyed the attentiveness that i received every time.

THE breakfast buffet WAS enjoyable each day. It featured an egg station that allowed for customized options. I enjoyed getting a coffee from the excellent coffee shop in the lobby before exploring.

Acceptable Stay with Notable Issues

The room is very spacious with a kitchenette and a huge comfortable bed.
The air conditioning unit in my room was very old. It was also quite loud and shaky. It struggled to maintain the set temperature and sometimes leaked water onto the floor.

Acceptable hotel, but not great
close location super staff good breakfast broken cabinet excessive chlorine cleanliness issue
The hotel location is close to many areas. Malls were just a walk away. Quite CONVENIENT. The staff was super. Breakfast was good. There was also a free tuk-tuk ride to the main road.
Cleanliness was an issue here. I noticed some cabinet doors were broken and needed repair. I thought chlorine used in the pool was excessive. I was often bitten .
